2017 Conference Travel & Accommodation

Hotels & Accommodations

Hotels associated with the conference in Boulder:

Millennium Harvest House Boulder is the main conference hotel for this meeting – Call (800) 545-6285 or use this direct link: 1705TSACOU

Note that we will also be organizing shuttles to and from the conference space from these hotels each morning and evening.

Also note that the BolderBoulder, the largest 10K race in America, will be taking place in downtown Boulder on Monday the 29th of May, so hotel rooms are sparse around that time. Make sure to book as soon as you can. There are other hotels in town, but the two listed here should offer some discount for attendees. The Millennium Hotel will offer a spectacular rate for conference attendees and most people will want to stay there, so please call them soon and mention the conference name to get the group rate. You can mention the phrase “Tsadra Translation & Transmission Conference Courtesy Room Block”, which should allow you to reserve at the group rate.

Although we cannot be responsible for your accommodations, please feel free to use Facebook to share information or make contact with others who may need a ride or a room: Translation and Transmission Group in Facebook
